Ozbi Games grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. Under this license:

• You may install and use the App on devices you own or control.
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App.
• You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code.
• You may not use the App for commercial redistribution without written consent.

By using the App, you agree that you will not:

• Generate or share content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or abusive.
• Create content that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights.
• Attempt to disrupt or overload the App's servers or infrastructure.
• Use the App to harass, stalk, or harm any individual or group.
• Use automated tools or bots to access the App without authorization.
• Misrepresent AI-generated content as original human-created work for deceptive purposes.

All content, features, and functionality of the App — including but not limited to the software, AI models, design, graphics, and trademarks — are owned by Ozbi Games and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

Music generated through the App using our AI tools: you retain rights to use the generated output for personal, non-commercial creative purposes. Commercial licensing terms may vary; contact us for details.

The App may offer optional in-app purchases or subscription plans processed through Google Play or Apple App Store. By making a purchase, you agree to the respective platform's payment terms.

• All purchases are final. Refunds are subject to Google Play and Apple App Store policies.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
• Manage or cancel subscriptions through your device's account settings.

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. Ozbi Games does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. Use of the App is at your sole risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ozbi Games shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or service interruption.

Ozbi Games reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users, the App, or third parties.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
